Pre Ordering G-mee Devices
From time to time we offer customers the opportunity to purchase G-mee devices before the item is ready to ship. This is called pre-ordering. When we offer a pre-order promotion we will often provide you with extra value in the goods you are purchasing or a lower purchase price, or both, when compared to the pricing and value offered when the item will go on general sale. When you pre-order, we will debit your chosen purchasing method for the purchase amount and then dispatch your purchase at the future advertised date.
At the time of your payment you will be provided with a pre-order confirmation via email.
If you decide during the pre-order period that you have changed your mind and no longer want to proceed with the pre-order of your chosen goods, please contact customer support and we will provide instructions on how we can cancel your pre-order and return the purchased amount to you.
12 Month Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty on your purchased G-mee Play and G-mee Connect. That means if some time in the first twelve months of ownership, following regular use, your device stops working for any reason, we will exchange it for another one. Should this occur, we might ask you to try some basic tests to get your device working again, but if they don’t work our customer support team will provide details on how to get your device back to us so we can check it and then send you your replacement.
However, this warranty does not replace your STATUTORY RIGHTS as a consumer, that are outlined below.
Your Statutory Rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
